Delete your data
Applies to the Team Contacts Android app and iPhone profile, operated by MB „Virtualus Startas“.
What the app stores about you
- A random installation identifier of your phone, the name you chose to type when connecting (optional), the access code you used, and the times your phone synced. Your company's administrator sees the name and the sync times next to your phone.
- The app writes your company's contact list into your phone's contact storage. It never reads or uploads your own contacts, and it stores nothing else about you.
How to delete it
- On your phone: open the Team Contacts app and tap Remove next to the address book, or uninstall the app. On an iPhone, go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and remove the Team Contacts profile. This removes the shared contacts and the access code from your phone immediately.
- On the server: your phone's record (identifier, name, sync times) is deleted automatically once the phone has not synced for 90 days. To have it deleted sooner, ask your company's administrator to cut off your phone on the code's page, which removes it at once, or email info@virtualusstartas.lt with the name you typed and your company's name. We delete the record within 30 days of your request.
What is kept
Nothing about you personally. Your company's contact list belongs to your company, which decides what it contains; if your own details are in that list, ask your company's administrator to change or remove them. Anonymous technical logs of the server (request times, hashed identifiers) are kept for 14 days for security and contain no name.
