The service
Team Contacts, operated by Operator name – fill in, lets organizations distribute a shared address book to their members' phones. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Your responsibilities
- You may only upload contact data that you are allowed to share with the people you give access codes to, in line with data protection law.
- You are responsible for who receives your access codes. Revoke codes that were shared too widely.
- You must not use the service to distribute unlawful content, spam, or data obtained without permission.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for changes that affect existing users.
Limits and fair use
Lists, contacts and codes are subject to reasonable limits per organization. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Operator name – fill in is not liable for indirect damages or for the content of uploaded lists. The organization uploading a list is responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness.
Termination
You can delete your organization and its data at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
